DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
i.    Assists in preparation of reference materials to students & academic staff
ii.    Identifies reading materials for users
iii.    Assists in preparation of issuance Library material policies
iv.    Prepares and documents library users
v.    Assists in preparation and documentation of  all library information using computer technology
vi.    Supervises Library Assistants 
vii.    Maintains public and staff catalogues.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•    Bachelor Degree in Library and Information Studies or equivalent from a recognized institution. 
•    Computer knowledge will be an added advantage
REMUNERATION: Salary Scale PTSS 10
