SINOTASHIP is a leading shipping company based in Dar es Salaam the company operates a deep sea trading bulk and multipurpose cargo ship and is looking for high caliber results oriented and experienced Tanzania professional to join our team for the position below
SALES PERSON
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales target
- Generate sales budget
- Draft sales budget
- Investigate and develop local and inland container imports and exports markets
- Exploit potential clients
- Manage customer relationship
- Submit sales report
REQUIREMENTS
I) Diploma /degree holder with a minimum of 2 Years sales experience in shipping logistic industry
II) Excellent sales performance track record
III) Rich customer resources
IV) A depth at build strategic customer relationship over the region
V) Dynamic self-motivating with positive can do mindset a confident personality
VI) Experience in motivating team towards shared goals
VII) Fluent English speaking and writing , speaking some mandarin will be added advantage
VIII) Excellent skills
TRANSPORTATION AND CHAIN OPERATOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish in a pool of haulage  service provider customs clearance service provider and warehousing service providers
• Establish logistic pricing structure
• Negotiate and sign service contract with service  providers
• Advocate and promote company’s  supply chain logistic services
• Achieve sale and profit target
REQUIREMENNTS
a) Diploma/degree holder with minimum 2 years working experience  in transport and supply  chain industry
b) Familiar with cargo forwarded business especially haulage, customs, clearance warehousing
c) Familiar with imports and exports containerized cargo transportation to/from inland  countries such as CONGO, ZAMBIA,RWANDA,BURUNDI etc
d) Dynamic self-motivated with a positive can do mindset a confident personality and team  worker
e) Strong communications and negotiation skills
f) Fluent speaking English  and writing
g) Excellent IT skills
