Job description Private, local soft drinks (water based) company are looking for a an experienced Commercial Manager for their operations in Tanzania. These are own brand products produced locally and they are looking for someone who is capable in driving sales & distribution through wholesalers. The position reports through to the Country Manager. Specific Duties and Responsibilities Organise sales structure Establish Route to Market Structure Achieve profitable volume growth for own brands Achieve distribution performance Establish annual performance objectives for sales & warehouse employees   Experience in the soft drinks (water) market in East Africa and local RTM is desirable together with an energy and focus in sales.
